We understand that when getting out and using the products we sell they can perform differently than when you try them at the store. If you are unhappy with any purchase, simply return or we'll help you exchange it for a different product within 30 days of purchase*

Refunds are provided in the original form of payment for the purchase price of the item, including sales tax. You may also choose a store credit to applied to your account instead of a refund being issued.
- Our staff reserves the right to issue a refund in an alternative form of payment when necessary.
- For the safety of our staff, we keep limited cash on hand. Cash returns may be refunded with a check when a refund exceeds our minimum cash drawer needs. Checks may take up to 30 days to be issued from date of return.
- Credit Card refunds must be returned to the same card charged at time of purchase.
- Checks will be returned in the form of a mailed check. Check refunds may take up to 30 days to be issued from date of return.
We will exchange any product determined to be a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase. This does not include wear & tear or product issues caused from normal usage.
- Electronics purchased must be in brand new, unopened condition to be returned for a refund (except for defective products). A store credit will be issued for any opened electronic item returned.
- We reserve the right to suspend this policy to anyone when we determine it is being abused.
- Our staff reserves the right to make exceptions or changes to this policy at any time and without notice.
