Weekly Workout: 3/28/2018

Kettlebell Workout

Skip the weight room and get a great cardio and strength workout in with just one piece of equipment!

*Suggested kettlebell weight: 10-25lbs depending on skill and preferred level of difficulty*

Warm up with 3-5 minutes of dynamic stretching, then complete 2 rounds of the following circuit; add a 3rd round for advanced workout.

**Perform all exercises for 30 seconds**

1.       Kettlebell Swing

2.       Clean and Press (15 seconds per arm)

3.       Upright Row

4.       Stiff Leg Deadlift

5.       Figure 8 (15 seconds each direction)

6.       Overhead Tricep Extension


Cool down with 3-5 minutes of stretching
