"Living Room Workout"

 

Warm up with 3-5 minutes of dynamic stretching

50 Jumping Jacks

12 Alternating Reverse Lunges

12 Abdominal Crunches

20 Jumping Squats

8 Push-ups

25 Alternating High Knees

12 Alternating Forward Lunges

10 Bodyweight Squats

12 Alternating Side Lunges

*Repeat for a total of 3 rounds*

Cool down with 3-5 minutes of stretching
