Every Wednesday from April 26 through May 31, 2017, we will be hosting a FREE injury clinic for you at Runners Athletic Co. in Midland! Stop in any time from 6-7pm on these Wednesdays and receive FREE advice from the great sports medicine professionals in our area. 

These clinics are free of charge and are a great resource for anyone who is fighting injuries that are preventing or inhibiting activity and exercise. Take advantage of these awesome resources and learn how to stay healthy, happy, and fit!

Wednesday, May 17: Laura Crower, DPT, CSCS, of Active Orthopedics Physical Therapy

Laura obtained her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. She is nationally recognized as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Laura is currently pursuing advanced training as a USA Triathlon coach/medical professional, which you can learn more about through her business 4:13 Racing. She is a two-time defending USA Triathlon national champion and participates in athletic competitions year round.
